I got a phone interview by an HR. Then after a few weeks I was contacted again by another person in HR asking to do the phone interview again. I told her I was interviewed already, her replied was that the other person left. I made it to the second interview with the senior buyer, everything seem ok but she asked me to do a quick excel test, she seated just behind me looking at the screen which it made me feel really uncomfortable and nervous. I think this was really rude, they did not tell me about the test before the interview. After the interview they email me a generic email saying they went with another candidate. I am happy I did not get the job. I would never apply to this company again.
