I completed the first-round interview with HR for the US Private Debt position. It consisted of 15 minutes of behaviorals, 10 minutes of technicals (financial statements), and a 5-minute Q&A.

Very easy process. Simple questions. There were hardly any technical questions at all. Most of the questions were about fit and behavioral. There were around 2 rounds of interviews for the entire process.
