The interview process began with an informal chat with one of the directors at the company, Simon. He was really friendly and we discussed my current situations etc. After the initial phone call, I was then invited in for a 1st stage interview, this interview I met Simon and we went over the role. I was then invited for a 2nd interview and asked to create a presentation on my understanding on the role and any suggestions I had. This interview was with Simon and another Director, Ben. I was then invited to a 3rd and final stage interview, this was with Indi the managing Director at Oakwell Hampton. I felt this interview was more personable and about what my own personal drivers were rather than work experience. After I had met Indi, I then met one of the Sales managers and a member from their team. This again was more about my background and interests.
