There will be one telephonic interview. then they will call for in person face to face interview. They will give you a java swing application to complete in 1 hour. I am pretty sure, you can finish that in time. They the guy will tell comments like code is not refactored, no comments are there, not modularized. Basically this company don't want to hire anybody. They are looking for this position for last one year. It is big wast of time
