The process had 4 instances, 1 phone 1 Zoom 1 personal, 1 final The interviewers were realistic about the company, tried to go through the beautiful things about working there and through the challenges and issues they are facing which seemed very honest for me. Also, they went through all the job parts: Operational, interrelation, staff areas, internal and external mapping. Overall I felt I was treated as a future possible partner, not someone who was going there to be tested and biased.
