The interview process was mainly technical around Embedded C and ARM system programming. Comfortability with pointers was a must. Linux system development multi-threaded and multi-process programming was assessed. Qt ui experience was also what they were looking for. The interview also had a written exam on a PC where I was asked to write data structure programs in C.
