Recruiter phone interview and online assessment tests. Then local manager interview. If lucky, able to talk with PECs at location. Lastly Regional VP interview. Professional interviewing process with back ground checks and a few different test to complete online.

Met for coffee, he asked me questions about the industry, about my career, about school and about brokering. About a week later and personality test I was offered the job. Overall the process was very very easy..........................
