They are wanting someone right for the job, so I had a indeed video interview, a face to face interview with acting HR, and their COO. The final interview was very relaxed at a local restaurant with the CEO. They made it easy to be interested in the position, especially with the facility tour on the second interview.

It was fine. The interviewers seemed pretty chill and nice, but they also gave me the benefits unprompted, so not sure if that was because they were desperate or if they genuinely liked me.
