Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Object Builders (King of Prussia, PA) em out. de 2010
Entrevista
There were 5 interviewees. We all took a half hour test writing some code in preferably C++ but you could write it in whatever language you were familiar with. Then we had to set up a GUI form using their software and a 60-page tutorial. It wasn't hard and they gave you 2 hours to do it.
After all that, the interviewer took you into a room and briefly interviewed you for about 10 minutes. The interviewer told me that the company was looking for young and fresh faces which really threw me back since I am over 30. Since I didn't get a callback, I am assuming that i am not young enough for the job.
The interviewer obviously lacked interviewing skills.

Called and asked if you are interested.
Must fill out a skills matrix they provide you. Come to the office and take a written code test and a tutorial in their proprietary software. The tutorial will give you a chance to see what you will be working with a majority of the time. Use this point to decide if that is work you want to do.
You should hear back from the company within 2-3 weeks.
Realistically if you do not hear back from ObjectBuilders within a couple of days then you probably didn't make the cut.
The code test and tutorial are done in large groups in the "Software Factory". This is just a small office down the hallway from the main office. There will be a short 1:1 interview during these tests to gauge your communication skills and confirm you meet their salary expectations.

Nothing too technical as this is an entry level position. Most of their concerns will be around what you thought of the tutorial and how you feel about overtime.
