Short chat with a recruiter, then a conversation with the CEO. Super friendly, very straight forward. Told me about how he started the business, the market needs for recruiting firms, and why some companies use recruiters rather than simply source hires from the internet. Seemed to be assessing personality more than any technical skill.

It was a short phone interview where they asked me basics about my resume, experience and why I wanted to work for the company. The interviewer did not seem interested in me, and told me she would get back to me shortly but never did.
