Spoke with the CEO briefly on the phone before scheduling a 3-hour panel interview with team members, 1-2 at a time. I was not informed about who I would be speaking to or in what order. After the interview described here I received a phone call asking about salary expectations and start date. This phone call was not an offer, which was a little confusing. I didn't feel the role was the right fit for me and withdrew my application.

I use Observable's platform and am on their mailing list. I responded to the "Observable is Hiring!" section of an email. A few days later was told they would like to learn more about me, wanted to schedule calls over the next few days with members of the recruiting and engineering groups; asked about my availability. I was out of the country and told them I could easily be available any day between 10a and 2p Pacific time.
They asked if I was permanently out of the country; I answered it was temporary and gave them the date of my return flight to the US (~18 days later).
Never heard from them again. Followed up: no response.

Entrevista
First interviewer called 5 minutes late. He sounded stressed and that he wanted to get the phone interview done with as soon as possible.
Second interviewer called on time and was pleasant enough.
It has been a week and the company has not given me any updates. Ghosting candidates is rude and unprofessional.
