I was interviewed by the hiring manager and team that this role would interact with. Had a series of one on one meetings over a time course of 1-2 months

The most absurd interview process I’ve ever participated in. In all, it was 10 steps from the recruiter screening on, including 1.5 hour psychometrics test and free labor all for a lower level role. Hiring team sent me an assignment in a word document without deleting their comments to each other that said “What is the point of having people do this?” Luckily I had an offer come through elsewhere before they had me do an 11th step.
