I apologize again for running behind and absolutely value everyone's time. We send an email in advance to let everyone know that the first session is a casual connect and is set up as a 20 minute, informal discussion. It is meant to be much more casual than a traditional interview. Ahead of the connect I do let each individual know that I'll be taking notes which is why my head was down -- I then share those notes with the rest of the hiring team. In regards to DEI we have a working plan that is published on our website, an internal collective that has dedicated time and resources and consultants that work with us all year. We are extremely passionate about our continued work in this area. We do believe that we can continue to improve and do better.
