Entrevista
I applied on-line; received an e-mail to take an in-person pre-employment test. The test consisted of 3 parts: reading comprehension, math, & an about you section. The test was timed, but there was each section is very doable in the allotted time. A couple weeks later I was notified that I received a qualifying score on the test, but did not get invited for a 1:1 interview.

They’ll ask some operational questions, they’ll ask some hr questions, they will have 2 panel interviews. They will ask how to lock out a pump and describe how you would do it.

The Interview Process was a great experience. It was my first big interview for a major chemical company. It was a 2 interview process with a 5 panel employees for Oxy on both interviews! They ask all about my previous experience and they tested me of what all I know about the process and what it does! If you do not know the process it will be a very hard Interview!

I had one of their HR guys from Houston, Plant Manager, Lead operator and Operations manager at the interview. Seemed like square guys
