Easy as can be, it's a straightforward process. They ask you questions about your back ground, last couple of job, how much you are looking to get paid. They go over the dress code and hand book, they ask what are you looking for out of the company.

In a word, chaotic. How can every single interviewer be late to the interview by over 10 minutes? Also try not to make disrespectful assumptions about someone's prior employment and duration of their prior employment. Yes sometimes folks pick to leave a company after the trial period or during the trial period. There's nothing wrong with that. Also some of the interview questions were odd and a bit too personal to say the least.
