It was very simple. I was asked to talk about my library experience, which I did. I felt like the interview went well--and I was surprised to hear that I was selected for a position a few weeks later.

The interview was very straight forward and we were given a paper with the questions to follow along with during the actual interview. The questions were basic on how to assist patrons, deal with conflict, organization and any interest/experience in library programming.
