The owner of Ocean Ridge Biosciences first interviewed me on the phone. He then send me a coding test. The test was to solve a very specific problem of the company, which required considerable amount of coding. He even called me immediately to ensure I received the test. After I send my code to him, we had ~10 email exchanges to ensure the code work on his outdated computer system. Finally he promised to contact me within one week for an interview. Now one month passed but he never got back to me or responded to my inquiry!
