Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Ochsner Health (New Orleans, LA).
Entrevista
Phone screen interview, then in person interview with shadow shift. Very easy process and everyone was nice. Quick process took about a month or so and follow up communication was very good

Entrevista
The interview was laid back. Interviewers were easy to talk to. There were a lot of questions but not very difficult. The interview questions were strictly based on healthcare experience.

The interview process, despite technical difficulties on both ends, was very easy. The manager made me feel welcome and at ease which I valued as a new grad nurse. She was transparent about the fact that the position I was interviewing for had been filled already, but kept in touch over the next few months about another position coming available, which I was offered. By far the most supported I felt during any interview process. That being said, the recruitment itself was awful. The HR recruiter who contacted me seemed genuinely disinterested in getting me to accept, and when I asked about things such as sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, etc. she seemed annoyed that I'd asked. Getting the information itself was even harder, as she was never totally transparent about anything. Dealing with the recruiter alone (along with the fact that I was only offered $25.50/hour for a BSN with no sign-on or relocation despite being 5 hours away) almost led to me rejecting the offer. For all the great things that I've heard about Ochsner- especially in regards to their administration- I am not thrilled about my first interactions with them beyond nursing. I'd highly advise they re-examine the HR staff at St. Mary's campus in Shreveport.
