It was very easy. The manager was nice. It was more like two friends chatting oppose to an interview. I had the job when the interview was over, and I didn’t need a second interview

Entrevista
Received call from recruiter a week after applying, who conducted a telephone screening to review experience. Then the hiring manager called to set up in person interview. It was a panel with manager and supervisor. Very pleasant experience and questions were not difficult, very customer service focused.

Entrevista
The interview process was fine. They didn't ask hard questions. Just simple questions like strengths vs weaknesses and issues with coworkers. If you are invited for a second interview they would like a job shadow. Where you go in and sit with someone who does the job you are applying to.
