Entrevista
An initial screening interview was carried out with HR. This was followed by 2 more interview rounds (one was via VC and the other was in person) meeting with the line manager, management and senior consultants. Background screening and references were carried out. An offer was made at the end of the process.

Entrevista
The process began with a missed 8:00 AM call from the recruiter, with no notice or follow-up. I followed up multiple times but received no response. A week later, I was invited to a 15-minute screening interview at 7:30 AM, which was brief but professional. Shortly after, I received a 6:00 AM interview invite with no option to reschedule or ask questions, since all communication came from a no-reply email. The final interview lasted only 20 minutes and was abruptly ended by the hiring managers, who said they were busy. I wasn’t given a chance to ask anything. The offered salary was also well below market average. Overall, I felt disrespected—similar to what other candidates have reported in their reviews.

The HR lied about the candidate’s interview performance and English ability to the headhunter. Very misleading choice of words. Most of all, lack of integrity or sincerity on the company’s part.
Also, they asked about how the potential candidate can convince the subordinates to approve of them of the superior. You just can’t control everyone’s thoughts. Unless it’s a trick question and they want me to answer with plans to control and manipulate the team? Lack of relevance from the company.
