After providing the reason for moving on from my earlier organisation which was also a Founder Director , I was asked to submit a business plan in 2 days , but I took 7 days and submit a comprehensive business plan for a 5 year period . Negotiations regarding the remunerations were drafted and signed on a Stamp Paper and duly Notorized in courts with Mumbai Jurisdiction which was the Hiring documents or appointment documents since it was a executive director position .
