Interview process was fairly standard. Had a phone screen, phone interview, in person interview, and then a final phone interview with higher ups.
The main complaint I have is that after my final interview I was told I would hear back but I was completely ghosted. It’s entirely unprofessional to let someone go through four stages of interviewing and not have the courtesy to tell them they didn’t get the job.

They asked a lot of questions about management style and how I handle meeting budgets.
The process start from recruiter, and interviewed by Regional director, HR, and Quality Field manager. Once you pass the interview, you will by interviewed by Divisional Director. The whole process took about a month.

Tell me about time you made decision that is not supported by your staff, but necessary. What did you do, what was outcome?
Multi step process in which you do a minimum of 4 interviews, a donor center tour, and phone calls. Rebecca, the hiring recruiter, is amazing. Very positive interviewing experience. Everyone I've spoken to has been very nice
