My process was a little different. I knew the director and she knew I was looking for a new type of job and she gave me the chance to prove myself. I spoke with the assistant manager and she was impressed with my appearance and how quickly I got the required documents.

Once the first interview is done you may be given a second that is more of a meet and greet for a higher up to put a face with the name. They list some of the questions on their website.

Entrevista
My interview was quick and casual. I didn't feel awkward or pressured to give any specific answers. The center director went over my resume and asked me questions about my experiences. Then she asks me some behavioral questions. I was hired that same day and I quickly accepted the offer.
