There was a Skype Interview, Tests, First stage and Second stage interviews.
After the 1st interview, I was given one line of feedback that was really unhelpful and my application was not carried forward.

The interview process was very thorough but it was smooth sailing as the employees were quite friendly and helpful and Victoria helped me throughout the interview process with any doubts or concerns I had.

They mostly asked scenario questions as the post have to deal with vulnerable people and how you had handle delicate situations.
Interview is fairly straightforward, standard questions on experience and why you are interested in the role.
Salary is between 22-24k, its a shame this isn't disclosed as it wasted both our time.
