From start to finish everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, it certainly allowed me to relax in a situation where I would usually be quite stressed. For the second stage of the interview they gave a task to work on, which I liked as it gave me a clear indication of what I needed to prepare.

Very in depth for the salary - it was a three stage interview. Tested knowledge of the company as well as creative thinking and lots about who you are as a person. Got a real sense that they wanted to find out about who you are and your personality as well as skills and experience.

Entrevista
The interview process was lengthy but i enjoyed it and it gave me a really good insight into the business and allowed me to get to know other employees. Made me feel more comfortable about going into the job.

They asked me about my previous experience in customer service and how i could apply that to this role. How i would manage the change from hospitality to over the phone customer service. How i would deal with distressed people and also experience I've had in that area before.
