1st stage telephone interview with recruiter - Really well received and had a great chat.
2nd stage - Interview with Operational Director - More in depth conversation about the role, rationale for applying, and what we can bring to the table collectively.
3rd stage - Interview with Head of Service Delivery. Immediately made me feel comfortable and we discussed what the role would encompass.
All in all, everyone within the chain made me feel comfortable and at ease which allowed me to get my best version across.
