Recruiter from Touchpoint reached out to me, phone interview with her, then phone interview with hiring manager. Was flown from California to Orlando for an interview day. Met first with the hiring director and a consultant, then met with the VP of reimbursement. Unfortunately the interview day was a little over the top. Had the candidates spending most of the day waiting in hotel banquet rooms with no refreshments. A granola bar would have helped since I was there at 10:30 and they kept me until 4pm. They kept saying it will just be a few minutes so you did not have time to get a meal. For the first face to face, it was 1 hour for the interview and we were expected to do a presentation on a scenario, with powerpoint.
