I first received an email, they had on resume on file already. A couple of calls to setup an interview in their conference room with the HR manager. A third person joined us by telephone from their office in Texas. Most questions seemed to require a yes or no answer. A question I asked the interviewer was not answered and was turned against me. I feel the interview went really well I only feel disappointed that the sick days are so low. It would also be more reassuring if it were clear that they fully embrace the idea that any additional hours can be taken when it's convienient for the employee. Finishing at 6pm makes for a very long day, especially in Quebec at this time of year. The long 6 month probation should be turned into a ganateed 1 year contract by the employer to show that they are serious about keeping employees and making Odan Labratories a great place to work.
