Applied online, they gave me a phone interview it was just easy. They offered me to have a 3-hour trial shift. There were a few of us having trial shift, the duties were clean the screens, wipe the toilet (yes, you need to take a cloth to wipe the toilet), work on the retail for example selling tickets, food, drinks. people are nice there, but be aware of the rude customers. In my opinion, i think that 3-hour trial shift was like they are running short of staff thats why they called us to do trial shift WITHOUT pay.
The interview process felt very relaxed and informal, with plenty of time set aside at the end for questions and discussion. We met in a Costa next to the Odeon, which helped keep the atmosphere comfortable.
Presentation about working at Odeon. Group Interview was very fun. Then 1-1 interviews but it was more like 2-1. There was a cinema manager then a cinema host asking the questions and writing down notes. People who had full availability have a better chance of getting in than those who can’t work past 11pm

the interview process was very relaxed, with a very nice manager.Felt like a nice conversation, even if I didn't get an offer, it was a good experience. A lot of back and forth. Some of the questions were a bit odd such as the favourite food question, but it felt like they wanted to know me more as a person to see if i would fit in their team.
