Written essay assessment, 1500 word essay on the heightened presence of encrypted social media such as Whatsapp. Beforehand had a video interview which were 2 min sections about company culture etc.

Zoom interview with 3 people. Had to present a research project related to policy followed by a question and answer formatted 30 minute panel discussion where members of the panel individually asked 1-5 questions consecutively and candidate requested to give thorough answers following a format designed by OfCom.
