I really appreciate how your interview process is set up. Starting with that initial screening to understand the role and then moving into more detailed interviews—it's been really thorough and insightful. It's given me a chance to showcase my skills and learn more about your company's culture, which is important to me. The clear communication along the way has made me feel valued and excited - seamless and transparent throughout.
Very enjoyable! The team was in constant communication with me and it made me feel excited to join the company as it reflected well on their company culture. The process did not drag along either- they act fast when they move you through the process.

Entrevista
OZs interview process was intense in that they had multiple, but also that they gave live scenarios on how you would handle the client's you'd handle. They are also extremely communicative on how and when they would get back to you with next steps. Good process
