Had a call with Jason, CEO, in which he described the position - one that combined the roles of HR/AP/AR and administration. Main sticking point was that the position was salaried at max $60k (no paid OT), with no vacation policy. Enjoyed speaking with him, but he did not answer directly several questions I had about benefits. I decided not to pursue any potential position as most in house finance roles hourly pay same or higher.
