I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. Interviews were conducted via Zoom due to the pandemic. First round was about an hour with VP of Client Services. We talked experience, fit within the company, and the basics of the company. Second interview was scheduled. It lasted a little over an hour. Was again with VP of Client Services, the Director of Technical Consulting, and a third representative from OffPrem. It was the technical interview. A question and answer period of about 30 questions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Essentially a combination of all four exams. Grueling but casual. Third interview was with Director Technical Consulting. Casual interview that covered business principles, the challenges of working from home, tactics to stay visible within the org while being remote. Typical day at OffPrem and more. Big concentration of being the right fit and being able to set your path with OffPrem.
