I found the technical interview to be quite disappointing. The interviewer appeared unprepared and lacked a clear structure, often asking vague questions rather than direct, targeted ones. At times, I ended up explaining basic concepts—like setting up a local development server—that one would expect any interviewer to be familiar with. This approach, coupled with what seemed to be discomfort possibly due to our differing experience levels, raised concerns about his qualifications to conduct technical interviews effectively.
