I would recommend taking the time to write out a few potential answers ahead of time so you can make sure it is formatted in such a way that you are able to easily and quickly reiterate what you were planning on saying

Online application including a Suitability statement. Following sift, you got a score and if you passed you would then be advised of a date for a video interview. It was a fairly straightforward process and I enjoyed it
