Emailed resume and approximately one week later I received a call from the President of the Club. The process went like this: 1st Phone interview by President 2nd Person to person with a board Member 3rd Panel President, Vice President and Treasurer Country Clubs are very political and you MUST have 3/4 of the Board on your side. Most board members fear the President and will back the president before they make a fuss. There are times when a rogue board member will truly speak their mind.
