I was invited to a first stage interview task to present and record an art tutorial. It took me hours to prepare for, and more time to record and edit. I sent the video and never heard back. I know it was watched because I listed it as a private YouTube video so I could see the view count. I chased over email for a response but never got anything in return, like "thank you for your effort but no" The job sounded like a dream and I was so excited to be invited to the first stage, and to just be totally ghosted after I had made so much effort was awful.
