It was an average process with few of the technical questions. It was based on laboratory related questions and lab operations with the knowledge of instruments and software along with the troubleshooting questions related to the methods.

I had a friend of mine who worked there, he refereed me. About a week after I gave him my resume, I received a call from HR. They scheduled me to have an in person interview with the QA Manager, and director. The actually interview was only about a 1/2 hour in total time. It was mostly standard questions. I had the feeling that they needed someone immediately as I got an offer 2 days later.
