First interview was with Head of Investor Relations with a description of where the company is heading and needs. Discussion was very grounded and thorough on the requirements of the role and future growth and values I can create as an incumbent. Discussed compensation requirements and next steps. Kept to interview time very well. Next round was with CEO and COO. Interview appointment was set with CEO so was surprised to be in panel interview. Very straightforward experience with the C-suite which firmed up my belief that this company can easily grow ten times of what it is today.
