Lengthy process but quite thorough. Several different elements including practical tasks and scenario based exercise. Had to do a presentation, an interview, a walk and talk and some practical exercises as a group with other applicants
Different rounds with interview, stress test, and mock field work with observers around. Need to perform under stress to prove that you have the ability to be a responder. Communication skills needs to be great as well
