Thanks for the posting, Its true that we at Ojas ask for a Bond for two years and if you break the Bond with in 2 Years then you need to pay 2lakhs.But we are not asking to pay any money and we are investing huge amounts to make you a skilled resource apart from that we are also paying salary at 2.4Lakhs per Annum. one need to only worry when they break the bond.
