I was introduced by a staffing agency that I had signed up with. I did one virtual interview, and then they flew me up to Illinois for the second and final interview. It was a pretty standard interview. There was a detailed explanation of benefits. Aptitude tests are used in hiring at Okaya USA, but there weren't any for my position at the time.
