The first interview went very well. The manager who interviewed me was very pleasant down to earth and straightforward. The second interview seemed like it went very well the director of operations seemed like she liked me a lot but that was not the case. She said she was going to leave it up to the operations manager to make the decision as I was leaving I was pretty much told I had the job. The very next day I got a call and was told that I was being passed on because I was honest in my interview. Apparently that’s not the way you should be in interviews I’m guessing they want you to lie. No wonder why they go through so many managers they have such a high turnover rate.
