Had an interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. It felt like things were going well! Sent thank you messages as well a follow-up a week later, and haven't heard anything back (it has been over 3 weeks now). Based on other interview feedback here, ghosting seems to be a common theme with Okta candidates.
