The interview process is not unusual. I was contacted by a recruiter and set up an initial interview. That was the basic first 30 minute interview. The second interview was with an internal HR recruiter. They really hammered home that they were looking for a new business hunter.

What type of sales do you prefer, hunting new logo or farming?
Recruiter, Hiring Manager, VP, Presentation Panel. Informational interview with recruiter and hiring manager. Then if selected, progress to a mock sales presentation with a panel of different directors and VPs.

screening meeting was great, met with hiring manager which was a dry meeting, very cliche questions with no understanding of what he was looking for, was told id be onto the next round and never returned back with info.
Too many interview rounds, overall good follow-up. 3 to 4 interviews plus a final panel interview including a use case. Feedback took too much time and it was not always clear.
