It started and ended with HR. They asked about previous experience, salary expectations and questioned the ability to do the job. Standart HR questions. It was a friendly conversation with open-ended questions like tell me about yourself and your work in your previous company.

I applied myself. Selected for the interview process. Started with an phone screening by recruiter, multiple phone interviews with manager and co-workers. next step fase to fase interview with manager. The entire in view process was fast and smooth. Although this might also be due to my push to move forward. This might have helped in the speed as agenda's always be blocking. During the interview process you feel the excitement of the co-workers about the company. Be sure you share that enthusiasm.

Entrevista
Okta is a very tough place to get in as they scrutinize their enterprise field sales team and are looking for best in class, type A, ultra competitive people. Interview consisted of first a phone call with one of their recruiters. Next, meeting with Sales Director, Regional VP of Sales, Cheif Revenue Officer and one of the Co-founders of the company as well as someone from the Sales Engineer team. It's a long day. Most questions are pretty straight forward in your face sales interview type, but what matters most is your confidence. They are looking for a fit for their sales culture. I also had to do a preso as a follow-up to the process before getting the thumds up. If you've interviewed at a A16Z venture led company you should know what to expect.
