A friend referred me for the role. Next day had an interview request then phone screen a couple days later. Standard phone screen and the recruiter was really friendly. Focused on my experience based on the job description, almost like going down a checklist. I found this method to be a nice change from the "tell me about yourself" interviews. The hiring manager passed on meeting with me, and the recruiter let me know right away. So nice to not be ghosted.
