All rounds were technical and problems solving were challenged in every round.
The hiring manager round was a System design round
Bartender round was the deal-breaker which again had problem-solving

Recently had interview with OLA for SDE 2 in Bangalore .
Background : Btech from IIT
Round1 : PS/DS 2 problems asked
Round2 : Coding round (One medium level question asked)
Round3 : Design Round
Round4 : HM round
HR discussion . After HR discussion ,I was asked for my docs (past 3 months salary slips / Competing offer details)
Next day I got a call from recruiter about expected compensation(on Saturday). Recruiter told to get back till wednesday with the best numbers they can provide but I never heard from them. On calling them they said they will get back with number by End of tomorrow .Again didn't hear anything from them . By now they stopped replying followup mails and calls.
Never expected such ghosting from Recruiters of OLA . Just wanted to share this experience so that other people interviewing at OLA are aware of it.
