As they don't have any senior/experienced professional to take up my interview, a team lead was asked to take up my interview. Being in-experienced, he couldn't understand that a problem will have multiple solutions and he is expecting only for one solution in specific for the problem he put before me. It seems that he is new to taking up interviews and I could make it out from his behavior and the way he asked me questions. The whole interview went in such a process that he wants to prove that he is better than me and not willing to select me. Horrible guy. Anyway, Ola lost me.
