They ask tell me about youreself questions that were otherwise irrelevant to the position, other than I think they wanted to get a grasp of your personality. After that she said after tonight if you don't get a call, you're not hired.

They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!

Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
